FOR THE 2026–27 SCHOOL YEARTHE JEWISH EDUCATIONAL CENTER
TUITION MAX
Middle Income Affordability
We are Committed to the Affordability
of a JEC Education for All of Our Families.
With this innovative program, tuition should not exceed a reasonable percentage of family income. Through a respectful and simple enrollment process, tuition, regardless of how many children are enrolled, will be capped at a percentage of Adjusted Gross Income (AGI), as determined by line 11 of your IRS tax return.
JEC AFFORDABILITY AT A GLANCE
| AGI RANGE | TUITION CAP (as a percentage of AGI) |
|---|---|
| $150 K - $174 K | 15% |
| $175 K - $199 K | 16% |
| $200 K - $224 K | 17% |
| $225 K - $250 K | 18% |
Applying for the JEC Middle Income Affordability Program is Easy!
- Please visit our website at TheJEC.org/register and fill out the FACTS application.

- Filing of Schedules C and E as part of your federal tax return.
- Reduction of a JEC family’s current year’s tuition by more than $5,000.
